We’ve been in the voice coaching, public speaking and presentation skills training industry since 1983. In the past thirty years, we’ve worked with everyone from broadcasters, business owners, CEOs and comedians, to authors, actors and politicians. Our experience is unmatched, and we’re proud of the accomplishments of every one of our clients.

                                                         

 

History

When we first launched, we were responding to a need for very specific, specialised voice coaching and public speaking skills training from the corporate sector. We helped people elevate their public speaking skills, so that they could communicate more effectively within their businesses. We’ve been expanding ever since.

 

In the 1990s, we added courses in Broadcasting, Voice Over and Media Skills, as we became the go-to voice coaching organisation for all the major TV companies, who needed training for their presenters.

 

Next,we expanded into Emotional Intelligence training. It was a sideways step for us, but the risk was worth it - it’s been an incredibly popular addition to our repertoire of courses, and it gives our clients a unique understanding of the impact of their words on the emotions of others.We introduced the concept of Vocal Intelligence long before it became popular.

 

Since we were around before the dawn of high-speed internet, we were well placed to stay ahead of the curve with new technologies. We added Video Conferencing and Webcasting techniques to our repertoire - and the importance and value of these skills today is ubiquitous.

 

OurTrainers

Our trainers are our lifeblood. Each one has been selected not just for their expertise, but for the specific talents that make them unique. We value our trainers for their specialist expertise and their ability to bring out the best in our clients.

 

Each of our trainers is highly qualified - from Certificate IV in Training andAssessment to Masters in Communication, NLP, Voice & Speech, Education, Journalism and Business Administration - we have a lot of speech masters on our roster!

 

Our Voice Coaches are the cream of the crop. They’ve trained with the best - such as Cicily Berry of the Royal Shakespeare Company, Andrew Jack (an internationally renowned  dialect and accent coach for TV and film), Rowena Baylos and Jo Estille and at the prestigious London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts LAMDA.

 

Our Media Coaches have established reputations in their own right - no one who trains you in this area is exclusively a trainer. They’re working experts, who are involved in either directing or producing Australian film and TV productions. You may recognise them from commercial advertisements, voiceovers and corporate narrations. Their own professional experience makes them standout from other coaches - they’re working experts with an insight into the industry that you won't find in any other course.

 

Our Presentation Coaches have been dominant on the front lines too - they’ve been the go-to trainers for politicians, CEOs and Managers for over a decade.Their past clients range from members of the public to heads of state - they know the importance of clear, eloquent and engaging presentation skills.
